- Gives improved chip control in long chipping materials, such as low 

carbon steels and duplex stainless steels

- Secure production process in materials where chip jamming easily 

could occur

Geometry (A)

- Gives improved chip control in hard to chip break materials like 

Inconel, Super Duplex Stainless Steels and Low carbon steels

- Is a problem solver when the L geometry does not provide sufficient 

chip breaking
